About this app

Order Bell sends a text message when an online order comes in on your site, so the people who need to know don't have to watch a screen to find out. When a customer checks out, the app reads the order and sends an SMS to the phone numbers you've listed. The message includes the order number, the total, and the items ordered, so you can act on it without opening a dashboard. Alerts can be tuned to how you work. Orders above a threshold you set are flagged so you can spot the big ones, and cancellations trigger their own alert. When orders come in quickly, digest mode groups them into a single message on a schedule you choose instead of sending one text per order. Quiet hours hold alerts outside your opening times and send a summary when you open. Recipients are managed from a settings page in your dashboard, alongside a log of recent alerts and a test message you can send to confirm delivery. The number of recipients available depends on your plan.
